Yes. Card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal on secure checkout pages. BeautyLove does not store your full card number or PayPal login details.

Credits are added to your BeautyLove account after the payment provider confirms the payment. In most cases this is immediate, but PayPal or bank checks can occasionally take a little longer.

Refresh your account first. If the credits still do not appear, contact support with the account email, payment method, package, amount, and transaction ID so we can verify the order and add the credits if needed.

If checkout fails, is declined, or is canceled before confirmation, no BeautyLove credits are added and no successful order is created. You can retry with Stripe, PayPal, or another payment method.

If you bought the wrong pack, were charged twice, or credits were not delivered, contact support with your transaction details. Refunds are reviewed case by case. Credits already spent on successful tool results may reduce or prevent a refund.

Contact support with both transaction IDs or payment receipts. We will verify the duplicate charge and either refund the duplicate payment or make sure the matching credits are correctly added.

Stripe and PayPal usually send a payment receipt to the email used during checkout. Your BeautyLove account also reflects the purchased credit pack after payment confirmation.

No. Payment providers handle payment details only. Your uploaded images and AI tool results are handled by BeautyLove tool flows, separate from Stripe or PayPal checkout.

Uploaded photos are used to process the BeautyLove tool you choose, such as analysis, try-on, retouching, or portrait generation. Tool usage, order, credit, and support records may be kept so the service can run reliably, prevent abuse, and help with billing questions.

BeautyLove does not use uploaded photos to train its own AI models unless that policy is explicitly changed and disclosed. Your images may be sent to selected AI service providers only as needed to process the tool request.

Some tool results may be kept in your browser storage so the result page can show your latest output during the session. Account, credit, order, token, and payment status records are stored separately for login, checkout, credits, support, and abuse prevention.

Upload photos you own or have permission to use, avoid sensitive images you would not want processed, and sign out on shared devices. If you do not want recent result data to remain on your device, clear your browser storage after using the tools.

Yes. If checkout has not been completed, go back to the payment page and choose the available payment method you prefer. Completed orders cannot switch payment method after confirmation.
